Lecturers

Gionata Agliati

After graduating in Philosophy, I've worked as a TV director for 15 years. Being a freelance I collaborated with different broadcast companies on several tv shows (for Mtv, Mediaset, Discovery, Sky, Fox and many others) both Italian and international.

As a director I needed to be able to get in contact with different kinds of people (and personalities), that's why I approached Empathic Communication/NonViolent Communication (NVC) as taught by Marshall Rosenberg and eventually in 2020 I became a facilitator in conflict mediation based on his model.

Since when I was a College student I've been practicing meditation and ten years ago I decided to deep dive into the practice with Buddhist monks.

After the pandemic, I decided to quit my job as Tv director so that I could share and teach Empathic Communication and meditation practices all the time.

She has a PhD in Postcolonial Literature and does many things for a living: she has been working with Noau officina culturale since 2023, following youth activation programs and teaching creative writing; she works as a reader and translator for a number of publishing houses.  She likes working in tandem, especially with cartoonists and illustrators. She has published small picture books for adults and children and articles, poems and stories in various print and online magazines, from Tuttolibri to Il Post. She has created a fanzine called Diastema.

She is always ready to leave and most of the time would rather be somewhere else.

Simona Poletti

There are two things I’ve always loved: People and Thoughts. So I’ve decided to bringthem together in the most effective (and fun) way possible—by creating trainingexperiences that engage, challenge, and truly make an impact.

At Ergosum, the consultancy I co-founded, our mission is clear: to promote anddevelop happiness at work because a thriving workplace is the foundation of realsuccess. We help people develop their leadership, communication, and soft skillsthrough an approach that blends strategy and experience, with a touch ofunpredictability—because real growth happens in challenges, conversations, andinspirational moments.

Together with Marco Basile, I co-authored “La felicità della giraffa”, a book about whattruly drives us in our professional and personal lives.

Take life lightly: lightness is not superficiality, however is gliding over things fromabove, not having boulders on your heart.
